Delivery coverage

The new Samaann checkout currently serves addresses in the Czech Republic. Delivery availability is confirmed after you enter the delivery address.

Prague

Preferred-time Prague delivery: 99 Kč. Choose the delivery time that suits you best when arranging the order. Free delivery is available when the qualifying basket reaches 499 Kč.

Rest of Czech Republic

Standard delivery: 99 Kč. Free delivery is available when the qualifying basket reaches 1,499 Kč.

Processing & timing

We aim to process orders promptly. The delivery method, timing or delivery window available for your address is shown during checkout or communicated in the order confirmation. Product availability, weekends, holidays, weather and courier conditions can affect delivery timing.

Delivery costs

Any delivery charge is shown before the binding order button. We do not add undisclosed delivery charges after the order is submitted.

Problems with delivery

If your order is missing, delayed, damaged or incomplete, contact support@samaann.com with your order number. The seller remains responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you as required by applicable law.
